Bodblog

It has arisen again!

And I'm totally 100% serious this time. I know this because I've already started but didn't want to jinx myself by blogging about it first. I will post weekly updates with weight gain/loss, how many days I went over my caloric intake, how many minutes I exercised, and other boring statistics.

I don't know if you want to get me started-I'm a fanatic. I take Borage oil capsules, drink hemp milk smoothies with hemp protein powder, use flax meal in baking, and take cod liver oil religiously. I have also discovered the lowly yet nutritious brisling sardine. (I went to a Nutrition lecture and was told to eat sardines and almond butter regularly for good health).

Where did I go wrong...watch the salt content in the sardines, Ginny. By the way, Aud, did Ginny tell you what happens to those smoothies when they aren't injested immediately? Oh wait--I think that was the spinach smoothie, not the hemp one. I love that my girls are getting healthy. No wonder Ginny's in such great shape.
