I must say that I was a little concerned that after Obama took office, my excitement and interest over the presidency would wane.
However, I still heart Obama. Very much. I'm not expecting perfection, and I'm sick of people knit-picking every little thing he does... and I'm just so happy that he's chosen the things he has to focus on first. (Esp. stem-cell research. Holla!)
I can't wait to see what he has in store for education!

I like Obama too. I really like Michelle. I'm just not to hot about the fact he asked Congress to obliterate my industry in his budget proposal. I'd really, really, REALLY like to not be out of work right now.
Other than that, I think he's awesome.
Ah, I suppose we'd have differing experiences, as far as work/Obama is concerned - he's trying to help me out, which I totally dig. Did you read the article about how Michelle just planted a working, organic kitchen garden for the White House?
